30-day satisfaction policy

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Contact us via the purchase receipt and include your order reference so we can locate your purchase. Please do not send payment-card details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
